grats on pushing into Heroic Highmaul - first boss down and on getting Butcher down to within 4%. That was close! And it also highlighted just how tight that race is. 17.5k dps is not enough. 18.2k dps with 15 raiders is enough (2 tanks, 3 healers) however no one can afford to slip even once in their rotation to include weaving in their mitigation for final phase.
push yourselves to fine tune and master your character spec. read. read some more. check against a dummy. compare what you are doing and what you could be doing.
